Terms of Service are subject to change.
By commissioning me, this automatically means you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

I. GENERAL TERMS.I am a digital artist and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.
I mainly draw in a cutesy anime/manga art style.
The art tools I mainly use are a 12.9-inch iPad Pro w/ Apple Pencil and Procreate.
Please note that I have a queue so I may not be able to get to your commission straight away.
I have the right to turn down any commission for any reason.
I cannot do rush orders/deadlines for commissions, so I am not the artist for you if you need something done in a limited amount of time.
Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
By default, my work is for personal use only.
I will only start work once at least half of the payment price has been paid beforehand.
Submit a clear and detailed commission request with written & image references through Google Forms or dms. (Anything such as character design, if you want a certain pose, etc. Any references (especially poses) are very much appreciated and will probably have a higher chance of being chosen!)
While I am more used to drawing the kinds of characters listed in 'Will Draw', you are free to ask me if I could draw anything else unlisted. I would possibly be willing to draw a character design I am not used to (like ferals, Pokemon, etc.) as I like a good challenge, just be aware that it might turn out a bit wonky.
As I grew up as a mainly self-taught artist, I am aware that my art is not perfect but I try my best!
While I have social anxiety, I will try to not let that get in the way of communication! It might take me like 15+ minutes to respond, but that is only because I think too deeply on the right words to say.
(18+ only) I am very new and highly selective at drawing nsfw art, and I feel I am only comfortable with mainly vanilla stuff and am probably interested in drawing monster girls and kemonomimi more than regular humans. Feel free to ask for more specifics if you have any questions!II. PAYMENTAll prices are in USD.
Prices are non-negotiable.
I take commission payments by sending Paypal invoices.
(My Ko-Fi/Cashapp are mainly used as tip jars, but you can request to pay through there too if you'd like.)
I reserve the right to keep my prices as-is, increase them, or decrease them as I see fit.III. PROCESSYou can start off by either dming me on any of my art socials (I would say Twitter works best for me) so we can discuss anything beforehand, or filling out my Google Form so you can describe in detail on what you would like.
Once the commission has been confirmed, I will send a Paypal invoice to you. You can choose to either pay me at least half of the payment price until the sketch approval phase, or pay upfront right away.
Once payment is complete, I will start on the sketch.
Once the sketch has been approved, you can pay the other half and I will start the lineart/coloring.
After the commission is done, I will send you the Google Drive link containing the image of your commission.
Please do not rush me to finish your commission.
You are free to ask for updates/progress anytime though.
The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 5 months depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of the commission, complexity, work, school, or family issues.
If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.
You can track your commission progress through the queue.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI allow an unlimited amount of revisions during the sketch phase.After the sketch phase, small revisions will also be accepted but any major changes will cost an additional $5 each revision.After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, free of charge.
Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.After the commission has been finalized by both the commissioner and the artist, no more revisions can be made.Under no circumstances will I ever redraw an entire commission. Please state everything you want clearly and in full detail when ordering as I do it exactly as stated. If you insist on a redraw no matter what, you will simply have to commission me again.V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself within any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.The commissioner is allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
Re-upload my art to other websites, whilst giving credit to me, the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way, selling my art as stickers, NFTs, etc.)
Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.In the case of fanart, you agree that you will not use the commission for profit.
If you wish to use my art commercially or other projects, please discuss it with me. For any commercial work, the price will always be triple the original price.
(I consider commercial rights to be selling my art as merch such as charms, stickers, T-shirts, etc.)VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYI have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.I do not allow chargebacks without reason. For any issue or if you'd like to discuss about a refund, you can contact me anytime and I'd be glad to clarify any concerns you may have.Refunds will be available in different percentages depending on the commission's status:
✧ Total refund will be only given if I haven't started working on your commission or if I, as the artist, won't be able to complete your order or have taken more than 5 months;
✧ 70% of the total price will be refunded at the sketching phase;
✧ 40% of the total price will be refunded at the lining phase;
✧ 10% of the total price will be refunded at the base coloring phase;
✧ NO refunds will be given in the shading phase or anything beyond that.If you file a sudden chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and may result in permanent blacklisting.Please be sure that the artist you want to commission is me, and that you do have the money to spare for it.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.If you have any questions regarding any of the above, feel free to ask!_{Original TOS Template by Yamio}

-Extra background details (repeating patterns, props and items alongside the character, scenery) will cost an extra $15note: i may be able to discuss other commission options other than the ones i currently have listed, so if there is anything else you would like to see from me, feel free to ask! also these prices may seem really cheap but uhhh i’m thinking of only upping the prices when i start getting too many orders and i’m not well-known as of now so i’m able to handle it. i don’t have any artist friends to tell me otherwise but feel free to convince me if i should make my prices higher lol
